"Stay at Home" policy for Illinois to affect Wahl Animal Customers

The state of Illinois’s Governor JB Pritzker has issued an Executive Order and announced that Illinois will enact a “Stay at Home” policy taking effect at 5:00pm on March 21, 2020 through July 2020.  During this time, we are required to temporarily close Wahl’s Sterling Headquarters and thus will have minimal staff manning our customer service outlets.

First and foremost, we are concerned with the health of our employees, their families, and the communities we serve. Thus, we ask that you understand and be patient as any questions, calls, emails, and social messages regarding orders, repairs, or issues may not be answered for extended periods of time. We will also be canceling any Wahl Animal events, sponsorships, and will not accept any donation requests until further notice.

When the “Stay at Home” policy is lifted and we can resume operations, be assured that we will continue to honor our commitments to you. In the meantime, we ask for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience we know this may cause our loyal customers and their businesses.

We are all aware of the unprecedented times we are experiencing in relation to the current global pandemic of the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Please be assured, our promise to deliver quality service and products will not waiver.
